END-OF-LINE AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS

Automate the last metre of your production line.

Cortiva is a Deltasin Global company focused on end-of-line automation. It designs and builds secondary packaging, palletizing, pallet packaging and pallet transport systems.

SOLUTION FAMILIES

Four families, one line.

Each family can be installed on its own; installed together they automate the end of the line from start to finish.

Even if the order came from orbit, the pallet still comes out right.

WHY CORTIVA

Three things we try to be clear about.

Integrated Solutions

The complete end of the line, from secondary packaging to pallet handling. One supplier, one responsibility, systems that talk to each other.

Flexible Engineering

The system is configured around your product, capacity and existing layout. Not a machine picked from a catalogue, but a solution that fits your line.

Reliable Support

The same team from project planning through commissioning to after-sales service. Commissioning is the starting point, not the finish line.

Pack formats differ; the problem does not.

Challenge

End-of-shift washdown exposes end-of-line equipment to water and cleaning chemicals.

Cortiva Answer

Cell layout is designed alongside the cleaning regime: surfaces, enclosures and access points follow the washdown requirement.

Challenge

Products are small, light and fragile, with very little usable gripping surface.

Cortiva Answer

The vacuum gripper is specified for the product, with contact points and pick pattern designed around its surface.

Forming Packing Closing Compact Palletizer

Challenge

Filled bottle and can packs are heavy, and pallet loads reach high tonnage quickly.

Cortiva Answer

Robot and gripper are selected for the load, and for heavy, high-rate duty a high-level palletizer building full layers is evaluated.

High Level Custom Palletizing Stretch Wrapping

Challenge

Bottles, pumps and jars are slippery and irregularly shaped, which makes them hard to grip.

Cortiva Answer

The gripper follows container geometry, and combined vacuum-and-clamp solutions are evaluated for these pack types.

Forming Packing Closing Compact Palletizer Custom Palletizing

Challenge

Products are bulky but light, so the pallet reaches its height limit before its weight limit.

Cortiva Answer

The pallet pattern is built around height and load balance together, with layer layout derived from load volume.

Challenge

Inbound and outbound pallet traffic depends on forklifts, making internal logistics both a bottleneck and a safety exposure.

Cortiva Answer

Pallet transport from line end to warehouse runs driverless on AMR and AGV, cutting forklift traffic and the risk that comes with it.

Challenge

Valve bags, pails and drums are palletized on the same site, and each needs a different gripping method.

Cortiva Answer

Vacuum and clamp gripper solutions are selected by product type, with separate holding arrangements for bags, pails and drums.

Challenge

Every case and pallet has to remain traceable at batch and lot level.

Cortiva Answer

Keeping traceability unbroken at the end of the line is a design input to the control architecture; data exchange needs are defined within the project scope.

Challenge

Orders are individual and mixed, so two pallets are rarely alike.

Cortiva Answer

Order-based palletizing builds the pallet from order data.

Challenge

Bags in the 25–50 kg range are stacked by hand; the work is heavy and ergonomically unsustainable.

Cortiva Answer

Bag palletizing systems are designed for bags in the 5–50 kg range, removing manual stacking.

SERVICE & LIFECYCLE

We stay with the line after it is built.

Commissioning is where the system's life begins. Preventive maintenance, remote support, operator training and spare parts all run through the same team.

Keeps the line running
  • Planned inspection and preventive maintenance to reduce unexpected downtime
  • Remote diagnostics and technical guidance on robot, PLC and HMI
  • Supply of critical mechanical, electrical and automation components
Keeps the team capable
  • Operator training on system operation and changeover
  • Basic troubleshooting for the maintenance team
  • Hands-on transfer on site during commissioning

Scope and response terms are defined per agreement and stated in writing in the proposal.
