Why the end of the line?
In most plants the first metres of production were automated years ago: filling, sealing, labelling. The last metres are still largely manual: cases lifted, pallets stacked, film wrapped by hand. That stretch is also the most physically demanding part of the shift. End-of-line automation is therefore not only a question of speed. It raises throughput while removing the physical load, standardises the pallet pattern, and makes sure the load that leaves for dispatch comes out the same way every time. A project starts with the product: what is being packed, in what format, at what weight, at what rate. Then come the existing layout, shift pattern and growth target. The system is built on top of that data, rather than picking a machine first and bending the line around it. Often the right answer is not the largest system but the one that fits the existing layout with the least disruption.
