Pail & Drum Palletizing

The pail and drum palletizing system places pails and drums on the pallet with an application-specific gripper that combines vacuum and clamp gripping, with high precision placement in drum positioning. It runs fully automatically and is ready for integration into production lines.

High Level Palletizer

A high level palletizer is a high-speed palletizing system that feeds product at an elevated level, forms complete layers automatically and transfers each layer to the pallet in one move. Its capacity is up to 2,400 boxes per hour.

Vertical Strapping

A station that straps the pallet load around its perimeter, tying the layers to each other.

AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot)

An AMR (autonomous mobile robot) moves full pallets automatically from the end of the line to the warehouse or dispatch area. It senses its working environment and sets its route dynamically, without fixed guides, magnetic tape or special floor infrastructure.

AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle)

An AGV (automated guided vehicle) moves full pallets automatically from the end of the line to the warehouse or dispatch area along predefined routes. It follows the same route every cycle using floor guides or reference points.

ASRS / Automated Storage

An ASRS (automated storage and retrieval system) places pallets into racking and retrieves them automatically, for efficient pallet handling in high-density warehouse environments.
