Cortiva supplies high-level and custom palletizing and stretch wrapping systems for beverage lines. Heavy pallet loads, wet floors and high line speed are design inputs from the start.
A beverage end of line carries three pressures at once: weight, speed and a wet environment. Filled bottle and can packs push pallet loads into high tonnage quickly, and floors near filling and washing stay wet.
Under those conditions, a palletizer that makes the line wait costs filling output directly. Layer forming, pallet feeding and full-pallet discharge are engineered so none of them waits on another, while bottle, can, PET and multipack formats run on the same system by recipe.

Robot and gripper are selected for the load, and for heavy, high-rate duty a high-level palletizer building full layers is evaluated.

The wet, humid environment is factored into cell layout and equipment selection from the start.
Line speed is high, so any wait at the palletizer costs filling output directly.
