Spare Parts
Identification and supply of critical mechanical, electrical and automation components.
How long a stoppage lasts is usually decided not by the fault itself but by how long it takes to find the part. Spare part management is therefore preparation done at commissioning, not a search that starts when something breaks.
Critical components are identified per system: wear-exposed mechanical parts, electrical items and automation components are listed, and the ones worth holding on site are separated out. When a part fails, what it is, which system it belongs to and how it is sourced are already known.
- Critical parts identified in advance rather than at the moment of failure
- Searching for a part no longer adds to downtime
- A traceable spare part list maintained per system
- The right component matched to the right system
Let us match the part to its system
The same component can mean different things on different systems. A request that arrives with the details below lets us identify the right part on the first pass.
- Machine type and serial number
- The reference or code on the part label
- Where the part sits in the system (gripper, conveyor, pallet feeding…)
- How many are needed
- A photo of the part or its label, if available
