High Level Palletizer

A high level palletizer is a high-speed palletizing system that feeds product at an elevated level, forms complete layers automatically and transfers each layer to the pallet in one move. Its capacity is up to 2,400 boxes per hour.

AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot)

An AMR (autonomous mobile robot) moves full pallets automatically from the end of the line to the warehouse or dispatch area. It senses its working environment and sets its route dynamically, without fixed guides, magnetic tape or special floor infrastructure.

AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle)

An AGV (automated guided vehicle) moves full pallets automatically from the end of the line to the warehouse or dispatch area along predefined routes. It follows the same route every cycle using floor guides or reference points.

ASRS / Automated Storage

Runs as one line with forming and packing

Closing is the last step of secondary packaging: the top flaps of the filled case are folded and secured. The quality of that seal shows up in transit: a badly closed case opens on the road.

Sealing is by hot melt glue or tape, both supported on the same line. The system runs multiple case formats at up to 42 cases per minute.

The station can run in one line with forming and packing, or be added to the end of an existing line.

The case sealer closes cases with 50 or 75 mm tape or with hot melt glue; both are offered as options.

The case sealer closes RSC, HSC, FOL and Bliss cases from 200 to 600 mm long, 130 to 400 mm wide and 100 to 500 mm high, with automatic adjustment to random case sizes.

Yes. The case sealer's bypass function routes HSC and pre-sealed cases.
