The system comes out of your line data.
A project starts with measurement, not equipment selection: product dimensions and weight, case format, target throughput, pallet type and pattern, existing conveyor level, space constraints and shift pattern. Without that data, any figure quoted is a guess. The end of the line is then designed as a single flow: secondary packaging, palletizing, pallet packaging and handling are not separately purchased machines but a chain that sets each other's pace. Each step is sized so it does not hold up the next, and buffer requirements are accounted for from the start. Commissioning is the beginning, not the end: operators and maintenance teams learn the system on site, pallet patterns are stored as recipes, and a new product means selecting a recipe rather than making a mechanical change.
