Case, Carton & Tray Closing
Closing filled cases at up to 42 per minute with hot melt glue or tape, across multiple case formats.
- Closing at up to 42 cases per minute
- Hot melt and tape options supported on the same line
- Multiple case formats
- Runs as one line with forming and packing
Closing is the last step of secondary packaging: the top flaps of the filled case are folded and secured. The quality of that seal shows up in transit: a badly closed case opens on the road.
Sealing is by hot melt glue or tape, both supported on the same line. The system runs multiple case formats at up to 42 cases per minute.
The station can run in one line with forming and packing, or be added to the end of an existing line.
