A bag does not behave like a case: the contents shift, the shape changes slightly with every unit, and one badly seated bag compromises the whole stack. Bag palletizing systems are designed around that behaviour.

The system handles paper, PP woven, PE and valve bags weighing between 5 and 50 kg, at up to 20 bags per minute. Pallet height reaches 2400 mm, on EUR and industrial pallets.

Stacking patterns are stored per product and bag type, and infeed, pallet magazine and full pallet discharge are engineered as one system rather than as separate machines.
