Mixed Palletizing
Multiple SKUs on a single pallet: order-based mixed pallet building with configurable pallet sizes.
On distribution and e-commerce lines a pallet is rarely one product any more: an order pulls different items in different quantities onto the same pallet. Mixed palletizing automates that job.
The system runs multi-SKU, with placement driven by order data. Pallet size is configurable and the stacking arrangement follows the product mix.
A mixed pallet needs a build order that respects differences in weight and crush resistance between products. That order is defined as a recipe and rebuilt for every order.
