1.What data do we collect?

Personal data is collected only when you submit a form: quote request, contact form, service/spare part request and newsletter subscription. The fields vary by form type; in general they are your name, company, email, phone, city/country and message. You may optionally attach a technical file (drawing, PDF).

2.Why do we process it?

Your data is processed solely to respond to your request and to conduct the related technical and commercial correspondence. For newsletter subscriptions, the purpose is to send the content you consented to.

3.Campaign source information

If you arrived via an advertising link, the campaign parameters (UTM tags, click identifier) are stored in a cookie in your browser for 90 days and recorded alongside your request when you submit a form. This cookie is not accessible to JavaScript and is not shared with third parties.

4.IP address

IP addresses are stored in form records in anonymised form: the last segment of IPv4 addresses and the last block of IPv6 addresses are zeroed. This is enough to trace abuse but does not identify you individually.

Your form data is not shared with anyone outside our sales and engineering teams, and is never transferred or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

6.How long do we keep it?

Request records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires. If you ask for your record to be deleted, that request is honoured (see Data Subject Rights).
