The technology's role in the cell
The robot never works alone in an end-of-line cell: conveyors, pallet magazine, slip sheet dispensing, safety guarding and pallet discharge all move together. The PLC layer is their common language: sequencing, interlocks and fault behaviour are defined there.
The touchscreen HMI is the system's face to the operator. Recipe selection, format changeover, status and alarms run from a single screen, so nobody has to drop into the robot's own interface to run the cell.
