Custom Palletizing

Purpose-built palletizing cells: single or multiple infeed, unit, row or layer picking, products up to 57 kg and pallets up to 2743 mm.

Custom cell combining case forming, robotic palletizing and pallet stacking stations
  • Single and multiple infeed lines
  • Unit, row or layer picking
  • Multi-format products and multi-SKU pallets
  • EUR and industrial pallet sizes
  • Designed around an application-specific gripper

No two lines are alike. One plant runs a single conveyor, the next feeds four lines into the same cell; one product is picked unit by unit, another by the row or the full layer. Custom palletizing is where the cell is built around those conditions instead of the other way round.

The system works with single or multiple infeeds, and the pick method (unit, row or layer) follows how the product can be gripped. Product weight goes up to 57 kg and pallet height up to 2743 mm, on both EUR and industrial pallets.

Several SKUs can run in the same cell, each with its own stored pattern. Throughput reaches 30 products per minute, though that figure depends on pattern type, case orientation and case weight, and is fixed with your own product during engineering.
