Data Subject Rights

1.Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to learn whether it is being processed, to request information about that processing, to learn its purpose and whether it is used in line with that purpose, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, and to request that any such action be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.

2.How to apply

You can send your request to info@cortiva.tr or in writing to KOBİ OSB, 21. Cd. No:21, 41455 Dilovası / Kocaeli, Türkiye. Your application will be answered as soon as possible.

3.What to include in your request

To let us resolve your request quickly, please state: which right you wish to exercise, which channel you used to contact the site (quote form, contact form, newsletter) and the email address you used. Because our records are kept against form submissions, that address is what lets us match your request to the right record.

4.How a request is handled

Once a request is received, the relevant record is located, the requested action is carried out and you receive a written response. For deletion requests the record and any attachments are removed from the system; if any information must be retained under a legal obligation, that is stated separately in the response.

5.Newsletter subscription

No separate request is needed to unsubscribe from the newsletter; the unsubscribe link in every email is sufficient.

The registered electronic mail address, the statutory response period and the official application form will be published with the final text.
