High Level Palletizer
A high-speed palletizer on a heavy-duty steel frame that forms complete layers and transfers them from an elevated infeed.
Rather than placing cases one at a time, a high level palletizer builds the complete layer first and transfers it to the pallet in a single move. Product is fed in at an elevated level while the pallet stays low and accessible to the operator.
Layer formation is automatic and the stacking pattern is defined per product. Gripping combines vacuum and clamping, and the heavy-duty steel frame provides the rigidity continuous-duty lines require.
The machine is run from a PLC and HMI. On high-speed lines running long batches of a single product it is a better fit than a robotic cell.
