A bag is the hardest load at the end of a line: it has no fixed geometry, it changes shape after filling, and it slides once stacked. So bag palletizing is not just about lifting; it is about shaping the bag before it is placed.
In this example configuration the bag is flattened before palletizing and released to pattern by a vacuum gripper. The 25–50 kg range common in agriculture and chemicals is what drives gripper and robot selection.
